DAY-TO-DAY: This role focuses on technical capabilities in water infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include: • Lead the design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. • Handle master planning, preliminary and final engineering observations, reports, technical specifications, and permit submittals. • Oversee project teams, including engineers and consultants, and coordinate with clients and other disciplines to ensure project quality, schedule, and budget. • Work within a project team. • Travel periodically for business development and project management tasks. WHAT YOU'LL NEED:• 4+ years in designing wastewater treatment plants. • B.S. ideally engineering • NC PE license (or ability to obtain one quickly). • Strong design, value engineering, and problem-solving skills. • Proactive, collaborative, and a good communicator with strong organizational skills. • Driven to deliver quality work on schedule and within budget, with the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
