We are looking for a talented Logistics Team Leader to join our growing team. You will be responsible for assuring and maintaining the multi-skills of the team, ensuring personnel operative development and promoting and ensuring the use of safety equipment PPE.
What you will be responsible for:
Five minutes meeting to delivery shift with their teamwork
Indicators update
Training to new employees in the processes
Training of operators who will change position
In charge of updating and protect the documentation in the workplace line
Motivate the attendance of personnel to every training activity
Participate and motivate the attendance to continues improvement program in the company
Participation and monitoring of correcting actions in the area of work
To keep a good working environment
Support, respect and fulfill the environment policy in the company
Update and maintain the multi-skills system (ILUO)
Responsible for the skills matrix in his area
Knowledge and dissemination of the marking CCC (China certification) on products that it apply
Review of the film format in the product TRS and Scrap
Review random of the quality in the product of APU.
Participate in the release of the first part.
Deliver of supplies in the area.
Support in activities from claims of the customer.
Assist with other duties as required
What will you bring to the table (Skills/Experience Required):
High school diploma / GED
1+ years of operations experience in the automotive manufacturing industry
Forklift certification a plus
Rework of plastic parts
Detect defects of faults in plastic parts
Basic knowledge in industrial safety
Multi-skills in different areas of plant
MS Office
