Join our team as a Dual Rate EVS Attendant and help set the standard for excellence across our entire facility.In this dynamic role, you won't just maintain our environment—you'll help lead the team that keeps everything running smoothly, safely, and looking its best.What You'll DoStep up as a leader by overseeing EVS operations in the absence of the Lead EVS AttendantSupport and guide EVS team members to ensure top-tier performanceChampion safety initiatives to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment for guests and staffConduct daily inspections to ensure all areas meet our high standardsMaintain the cleanliness and appearance of public spaces, gaming floor, restrooms, parking areas, offices, and moreCollaborate with other departments to set up and break down special eventsLeadership ResponsibilitiesTrain, coach, and support team membersAssign and direct daily tasks efficientlyAddress concerns, solve problems, and help create a positive team environmentWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED requiredAt least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experienceStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsA proactive mindset and commitment to excellencePhysical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on role.
