In-Home Sales Representative - Denver

Asthe In-Home Sales Representative for StiltzHomelifts in our Denver location, you willbe responsible forconducting in-home consultations with potential customers, assessing their needs, and recommending the most suitable lift solutions and locations to meet their requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for improving the lives of homeowners through innovative home lift solutions. WhatYou'llDoConduct in-home consultations with potential customers to assess their accessibility needs and discuss the benefits of StiltzHomeliftsproducts.Present product demonstrations and educate customers on the features,benefitsand installation process of our lift solutions.Provide personalized recommendations for location of product and quotations.Maintainaccuraterecords of sales activities, including customer interactions, quotations, and sales orders in the CRM system.Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.Address customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and knowledgeable manner.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support and installation technicians and Stiltz headquarters, to ensure seamless customer experience.Provideaccuratemeasurements of customer approved installation site.Follow up with customers to answer anyadditionalquestions,finalizedetailsand schedule installations.Stay informed about industry trends, competitoractivitiesand market developments toidentifynew salesopportunities.Follow up with leads andmaintainregular communication to nurture potential sales.Close sales and manage the necessary documentation, including contracts and payment processing. WhatWe'reLooking ForProventrack recordof success in in-home sales or a related field, preferably in the home improvement or accessibility industry.Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.Ability to build rapport,establishtrust, understand and address customers' needs effectively.General Construction knowledge and ability to read blueprints.Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.Understanding of local and state coding andpermittinglaws for construction and elevators.Willingness to travel to customer locations, Stiltz, Inc.'s corporate office for continued training, and on-site training with seasoned sales representatives.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
