The Head of Performance Marketing will also be instrumental in analytics and reporting, using tools to track performance, identify high-value segments, and reduce churn. Team leadership is a key aspect of the position, including mentoring marketing team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals. To excel in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, with at least 5 years specifically in leading performance marketing for consumer apps, eCommerce, or D2C brands. A proven track record in paid ad and UGC ad campaigns, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, is essential. Experience in a tech startup environment and a strong background in managing substantial paid search or social budgets are also required. The ideal candidate will have a history of successfully scaling paid marketing and achieving ROI efficiency, as well as experience in scaling organic traffic through content and SEO.
