GNC Engineer - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a GNC Engineer - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $133,900 – $200,800 annuallyResponsibilities Support design, analysis, and verification of GNC algorithms and architecture Review and guide flight software design for performance improvement Evaluate system behavior across mission phases Develop and execute operational concepts for GNC systems Monitor vehicle performance and make critical recommendations during operations Define system and console requirements for GNC subsystems Support integrated testing and validation effortsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred) with 10+ years of experience Strong foundation in orbital mechanics, control systems, and guidance algorithms Experience with flight software, real-time operational environments, and telemetry systems Ability to operate under pressure and communicate technical issues clearly Must be a U.S. CitizenBenefits Remote work arrangement with limited travel Opportunities for bonuses and other incentives based on performance Comprehensive training and certification for personnel in technical roles Supportive of work-life balance with flexible scheduling optionsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
