OverviewBusiness Intelligence Engineer II — Job ID: 25-11074Pay rate range - $55/hr. to $57/hr. on W2ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will inform and influence data-driven decisions for business operations.Develop high-quality queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting.Develop self-service automated solutions to minimize manual processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability.Use analytical and statistical rigor to solve complex problems and drive business decisions that will help us achieve our strategic goals.Assist in the development of key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance and provide a foundation for continuous improvement.Conduct deep dive investigations into operations execution and business problems, identify opportunities, and lead or support implementation.Partner with internal stakeholders across multiple teams, gathering requirements and delivering end-to-end solutions.Learn and understand a broad range of data resources and know how, when, and which to use.Qualifications3+ years of experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, Power BI, or similar tools3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.Advanced experience using SQL and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modelingExperience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelinesExperience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SASExcellent communication skills, equally adept at working with engineers as well as business leadersBachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent quantitative fieldEducation & ExperienceYears of Experience: +3 YearsDegree or Certification: Master's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent quantitative fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and RedshiftExperience in data mining, ETL, etc., and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasetsUnderstanding of overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance in a database environmentExperience with SAP or similar inventory systemsMaster's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent quantitative fieldJ-18808-Ljbffr
