Job Title: Learning and Development SpecialistLocation: Washington, DC (Hybrid)Industry: Professional ServicesPay: $150,000–160,000Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, wellness programsAbout the Opportunity:Addison Group is partnering with a law firm seeking a Training Supervisor to support technology adoption, AI learning initiatives, and employee development programs. This role will focus on driving engagement with new tools and delivering impactful training across teams.Responsibilities:Lead onboarding and technology training programs for employeesSupport adoption of AI tools and digital workplace technologiesCreate training materials including guides, videos, and e-learning contentPartner with leadership to identify learning needs and implement solutionsDeliver virtual and in-person training sessions across departmentsTrack training feedback and improve overall learning effectivenessCollaborate with internal teams to support technology-related initiativesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree required6+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or technology enablement within the legal industryExperience supporting AI tools, enterprise systems, or digital transformation effortsStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and workplace collaboration platformsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience within professional services or corporate environments preferredPerks:Hybrid flexibilityHigh-visibility role with cross-functional exposureOpportunity to support AI and innovation initiativesCollaborative, forward-thinking environmentAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
