Vice President ,Marketing

The VP, Marketing partners with Marketing leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive membership growth and retention, and overall enterprise expansion. It oversees multi-channel campaigns, brand positioning, community outreach, and partnerships with providers, health plans, and Medicare brokers to strengthen market presence and patient engagement. With a focus on the Medicare line of business, the position also ensures regulatory compliance, aligns marketing with operational and clinical goals, and leads the marketing team’s performance and development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute growth-focused marketing strategies that drive Medicare membership acquisition, retention, and enterprise expansion across the medical groups’ footprint.Lead strategic partnerships with Medicare health plans, brokers, and FMOs, overseeing innovative broker engagement, health plan collaboration, and co-op marketing programs that strengthen competitive positioning and accelerate membership growth.Direct community outreach initiatives, including events, partnerships, and grassroots programs, to increase brand awareness, build trust among Medicare-eligible populations, and enhance the organization’s reputation as a preferred healthcare provider.Oversee targeted provider, IPA, and regional marketing strategies in collaboration with Network Management and Operations to support panel growth, patient retention, and market expansion.Partner in the development and evolution of the organization’s brand and creative strategy, ensuring consistent, differentiated market positioning that supports long-term growth objectives.Collaborate with marketing leadership to design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across direct mail, local media, digital, and field marketing channels to drive provider growth and enterprise goals.Ensure all Medicare marketing activities comply with CMS regulations and applicable industry standards.Serve as a strategic advisor to Operations, Network Management, Staff Model, and Clinical Leadership teams, aligning marketing initiatives with access, capacity, patient experience, and organizational growth priorities.Hire, coach, develop and terminate Marketing Department employees as necessary.Ensure all safety-related policies are complied with by department members.All other duties as directed by executive management.Education and/or Experience:Bachelors of Arts degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; or a minimum 7-10 years of experience in marketing management within Medicare managed care environment.Must have strong initiative and follow-through traits.Proficient in Microsoft Office Valid CA Driver License to attend local events The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $160,000 - $180,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position,” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.As one of the fastest-growing Independent Physician Associations in Southern California, Regal Medical Group, Lakeside Community Healthcare & Affiliated Doctors of Orange County, offers a fast-paced, exciting, welcoming, and supportive work environment.
