Overview
As a Full-Stack Developer at CapTech, you will design, develop, and deliver enterprise systems and integrations within a collaborative, client-facing environment. Key requirements6+ years of experience on the Microsoft Stack or JavaHands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs with Swagger/OpenAPIStrong database design with SQL Server and NoSQL (Azure/AWS/GCP)Front-end skills with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS and frameworks such as Angular/React/Vue; Bootstrap knowledgeExperience with AI development (agents) and diverse AI toolsets (Claude code, CodeX, Opencode, OpenClaude)Experience with AI orchestration and source control (Git) and collaborative workflowsFamiliarity with multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and enterprise integration challengesAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and commitment to clean, maintainable codeclear communicationproblem-solvingmentoringMicrosoft Stack or JavaRESTful APIs with Swagger/OpenAPISQL Server and NoSQL (Azure/AWS/GCP)
