Salesforce QAHybrid San Francisco, CA 3 days/week Full TimeKey ResponsibilitiesPerform functional testing of Salesforce applications (Service Cloud).Design, write and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements.Apply Salesforce admin concepts for configuration and testing support.Identify, document and track defects; collaborate with development teams for resolution.Collaborate closely with developers and Meta engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Required SkillsStrong experience in Salesforce functional testing.Good understanding of Salesforce admin concepts (user management, security, configuration, Escalation/de escalation, Case management, case routing, Agent configeration).Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools.Secondary SkillsExperience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) testing.Qualifications3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA or similar roles.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
