Fire Alarm ForemanPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm & lovw voltage systems in healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire alarm systems and management, ensuring compliance with safety codes and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of technicians in the installation and maintenance of fire alarm, nurse call, patient monitoring and other life safety systemsCoordinate with facility management to ensure all fire alarm systems meet regulatory requirements and safety standards.Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure functionality and reliability.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to fire alarm systems in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.Train and mentor junior staff on fire alarm installation, maintenance, and safety protocols.QualificationsProven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the fire protection industry, particularly in healthcare settings.Strong knowledge of fire alarm, fire alarm, nurse call, patient monitoring and other life safety systemsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.Experience with various fire alarm brands and systems, including Notifier, Silent Knight, Siemens, Honeywell, and others.Abiliy to work nights, weekends, on-call shiftsBenefitsCompany vehicleCompany gas cardCompany cell phone and laptopMedical insuranceDental insuranceLife insurance401k PlanPaid holidaysPaid Time OffCompany eventsCareer training and development
