We are growing and looking for a reliable, experienced box truck driver to join our staging and logistics team.This is not a traditional moving company role. We work in professionally managed homes with real estate agents and homeowners, staging properties for sale.What You'll Love About This Role:Consistent weekday scheduleTeam lifting — no solo heavy haulingClean, organized warehouseProfessional clientsGrowth potential within a growing companySupportive, energetic teamCompensation:$23 - $26 hourlyResponsibilities:Safely drive a box truck to transport staging furniture and décor to and from project sitesLoad, unload, and place furniture and accessories with team members in client homesFollow staging plans and work orders to accurately execute room setupsProtect furniture, décor, and client property during transport and installationOrganize and secure inventory in the truck and maintain a clean, orderly warehouseAssist with light furniture assembly, art hanging, and final project setup as neededMaintain a professional and courteous presence in client homesQualifications:Must be located in the Brentwood/St. Louis area and able to reliably commute to our warehouse in Brentwood, MOMust have reliable transportation to and from work each dayValid driver's license required with a clean driving recordPrior experience driving a box truck is required (CDL is a plus but not required)Ability to safely lift and move furniture and décor (50 lbs independently; heavier items with team assistance)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment, including stairs, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periodsReliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as staging schedules requireStrong communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor in client homesAbility to work well as part of a team, follow staging instructions, and follow work ordersHigh school diploma or GED preferred, but not requiredAbout CompanyWe are a leading home staging company with a mission to elevate the art of staging to help real estate agents and homeowners sell properties faster and for maximum value.
