Software Engineer (Full Stack)

We combine AI, large-scale professional data, and intelligent workflows to transform how people network, hire, fundraise, and build partnerships. *Role* We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and scale our AI-powered networking platform. You will work across frontend, backend, and AI-powered product experiences, owning features from design to deployment. *Responsibilities* * Build scalable web applications used by thousands of professionals * Develop frontend experiences using modern React frameworks * Design and implement backend APIs and services * Integrate LLM-powered features into user workflows * Build systems for search, matching, personalization, and recommendations * Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability * Work closely with founders and product teams *Requirements* * 2+ years software engineering experience * Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript * Experience with React, Next.js * Backend experience with Python, Node.js, or similar * Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) * Strong problem-solving ability * Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment *Nice to Have* * Experience building AI products * Experience with LLM APIs * Experience with search/recommendation systems Pay: $132,551.93 - $185,546.41 per year Benefits: * Relocation assistance * Visa sponsorship Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Francisco, CA
