B - Enhancements Account ManagerBedrock Landscaping is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enhancements Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, selling and coordinating landscape enhancement projects, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction from estimate through completion. The ideal candidate is proactive, sales-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor service environment. Maintain strong client communication throughout each project.Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial landscaping clientsIdentify opportunities for landscape enhancements and upgradesPrepare and present estimates, proposals, and project recommendationsCoordinate with production crews, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely job completionConduct site visits to evaluate properties and verify scope of workTrack sales activity, follow-ups, and project progress in CRM or job management systemEnsure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectationsSupport upselling and long-term account growthPrevious experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, construction, or outdoor services preferredStrong sales or account management experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to read basic landscape plans or site layouts (preferred)Strong organization and time management skillsComfortable working outdoors and visiting job sites regularlyValid driver's licenseEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
