The attorney will handle a variety of family law cases, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, and support matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting legal documents such as motions, overseeing depositions, advising clients on legal issues, and representing clients in court or mediation. The role requires exceptional advocacy, client management, and legal analysis skills. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of prior family law experience. QualificationsStrong expertise in Family Law and handling complex family legal issuesProficiency in drafting motions and managing depositionsSolid understanding of general law and legal principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and clients effectivelyJuris Doctorate (JD) degree and active membership in the California State BarPrior experience in family law is highly preferredCompensationThe anticipated salary range for a successful candidate will be between $160,000 and $220,000 per year. The firm pays for all licensing fees and continuing legal education, as well as premiums for medical, vision and dental insurance. The firm offers a 401(k) match.
