Responsibilities Safely load and unload shipments using various materials handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and cranes. Operate RF scanners to accurately track inventory during loading and unloading processes. Assist with order picking activities to ensure correct items are prepared for shipment or storage. Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting to move goods within the warehouse safely. Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments, adhering to shipping & receiving protocols. Follow all safety procedures in accordance with OSHA standards and warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents. Support warehouse operations by organizing materials, managing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient space utilization. Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles. Skilled in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, crane systems, and pallet jacks with proper certification if required. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanners for accurate tracking. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards. Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying quantities accurately. Experience in warehouse supervision or leading small teams is a plus. Excellent adherence to safety protocols including OSHA guidelines for material handling equipment operation.
