The bookkeeping role is year round.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time 15-25 hour per week role for a Bookkeeper / Financial Manager based in Barrington, NH, with flexibility to make your own schedule. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, processing payroll and overseeing budgets. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations and assisting with financial planning and reporting for the organization.QualificationsExperience with accounting software like Quickbooks and spreadsheet toolsProficiency in bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliationStrong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and financial reportingAttention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentialityExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experienceKnowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
