Administrative Assistant

DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide general office support across a variety of clerical and administrative functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing communications, supporting daily office operations, and ensuring smooth coordination with staff, guests, and vendors. All core duties and responsibilities are subject to periodic revision.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain strict confidentiality for all records, documents, and correspondence. Digitize and organize documents; create, update, and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally. Monitor and respond to email and Microsoft Teams messages. Manage the fax line and distribute incoming communication appropriately.Assist with daily office tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. Provide administrative support for guests, employees, and vendor coordination. Support the preparation of documents, correspondence, reports, and other materials.Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced office setting.
