Join our dedicated team today!Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Pay: $33-$35 per Hour (Flat Rate)Flat Rate means you'll earn a fixed amount per job based on standard estimated hours, rewarding efficiency and expertise)Average for experienced tech: 50-60 hours paid for 40 hours workedPaid Weekly via Direct DepositHoliday PayHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k) Plan with Company MatchPaid Vacation (1 Week after 1 Year)Sick Days (after 90 days)Voluntary Short-Term Disability InsuranceSchedule:Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PMResponsibilities:Perform repairs and maintenance directly on customer sites, ensuring timely and efficient service.Diagnose mechanical issues through inspections, tests, and road tests.Work independently in diagnosing and repairing issues with minimal supervision.Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and follow-up repairs on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles.Utilize diagnostic tools such as handheld computers and pressure gauges.Adhere strictly to company safety guidelines and federal regulations.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years Diesel Mechanic experience preferred.Valid Driver's License and DOT Medical Card required.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Must provide own hand tools required for job duties.Successful completion of drug screening and criminal background check.Why Join ACME Precision Diesel?
