Appointment Setter
We’re hiring a multi‑channel Appointment Setter to manage all our inbound and warm channels, speak with interested founders, and turn them into qualified booked calls.You’ll live inside our CRM (GoHighLevel) and work closely with our Ops Manager to increase our lead‑to‑booking rate across email, Instantly, Apollo, and our network.Role: Appointment Setter – Multi‑Channel (Remote)Type: Part‑time, 10–20 hours per weekReports to: Ops ManagerComp: Base + performance commission (5% on our leads, 10% on new‑source deals)What you’ll doManage all lead channels: inbox, Instantly, Apollo, LinkedIn/DMs, and network referrals.Respond quickly to incoming leads and start conversations using our scripts and templates.Qualify leads (fit, budget, timeline, decision‑maker) and route bad fits out fast.Book qualified prospects directly into the closer’s calendar at agreed times.Increase lead‑to‑booking rate through consistent follow‑ups and smart timing.Send confirmations and reminders to maximize show‑up rate.Work inside GoHighLevel (GHL) daily to:Log all leads.Update stages (New → Contacted → Qualified → Call Booked → No‑Show → Not a Fit).Add notes so the closer has context before each call.Collaborate with our Ops Manager to improve workflows, scripts, and follow‑up sequences.KPIs / what success looks likeHigher lead‑to‑booking rate across all channels.Consistent number of qualified calls booked per week.Strong show‑up rate on the calls you book.Clean, up‑to‑date CRM inside GHL (no lost or untracked leads).CompensationHourly base for 10–20h/week (depending on experience and schedule).10% commission on deals from new lead sources that you bring in / generate that are not already coming from our existing channels.Performance‑based bonuses tied to hitting monthly booking and show‑rate targets.What we’re looking forExperience as an appointment setter or in a similar sales support role (agency/consulting/high‑ticket is a plus).Comfortable managing multiple channels and conversations at once.Strong written and spoken English; confident in DMs and on quick calls.Organized and consistent with follow‑ups and CRM hygiene.Coachable, proactive, and motivated by targets and commissionhttps://try.cielo.agency/
