Bioanalytical Development – DMPK & Immunogenicity (Oligonucleotide Therapeutics)

Note: Remote to Hybrid - looking for candidates local to Greater Boston area. Gradually move to hybrid schedule towards second half of assignment, 2 days onsite Bedford, MA.We are seeking a Senior Manager, Bioanalytical Development to support DMPK and Immunogenicity programs for oligonucleotide therapeutics (siRNA, ASO, conjugated ONTs).This role will lead development, validation, and execution of PK and ADA assays for clinical and nonclinical studies, while partnering cross-functionally with Translational Biology, Clinical Operations, and Nonclinical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LC-MS/MS, ELISA/MSD, qPCR, bioanalytical assay lifecycle management, CRO oversight, and regulatory-compliant reporting. Experience with complex biological matrices including CSF and tissues is required. Candidates must be local to the Greater Boston area and open to transitioning to a hybrid schedule in Bedford, MA.
