We are looking for a full-time Line Cook. If you love beer and working in a fun and fast paced professional culinary environment, then 10 Barrel East Side pub is the place for you!JOB SUMMARY: The Line Cook prepares and plates high-quality meals that meet the chef’s exact specifications and works at specific stations in the kitchen, such as grill, sauté, or frier. They are responsible for assembling ingredients, prepping food, and plating dishes with a limited amount of time. Line cooks monitor their station and stock it with necessary supplies. Other responsibilities include ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, managing multiple orders simultaneously and coordinating with other kitchen staff on the timely delivery of each dish.
