Quality Assurance Inspector Pacheco $ 20 - $ 25 / HourLocation: Jacksonville, FloridaProcurement & Supply Chain ContractorQuality Assurance Inspector ILocation: Concord, CAPay Rate: $20$25 per hour DOEReports To: Quality Manager, Product ReleaseEssential Responsibilities Perform line clearance activities at each phase of the manufacturing processEnsure all required manufacturing documentation is available at the line prior to clearanceReview manufacturing documentation for accuracy and compliance with department processesVerify expiration dates using the Shelf-Life List and Document ChangesReview product packaging labels for accuracy, including part number, lot number, expiration date, storage conditions, product description, product class (IVD, RUO, ASR), and required symbolsVerify approved materials using the Master List of Bottles, Tips, and CapsEnsure process documentation revisions match Document Changes and are properly completed and signedConfirm correct data sheets are printed and utilized based on approved revisionsEnsure all materials at the line reflect the product being processed, including stock solutions, labels, documentation, and packaging componentsScan, file, and maintain product documentation as neededCreate Certificates of Analysis (COAs)Perform other duties as assigned by managementRequired Competencies & Skills Working knowledge of FDA, GMP, and ISO standardsAbility to write clear, accurate, and well-organized documentationDemonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment within established policiesStrong computer literacyHigh level of reading comprehensionAbility to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environmentUnderstanding of basic math principlesPay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hourSearch managed by: Joyce ReyesBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
