Prepares and serves simple food items. Operates coffee shop machinery to include commercial espresso machine and stocks coffee bar. Records sales, takes customer payments for goods by operating a cash register, balances cash drawer at the end of the day. Maintain clean and sanitary work area, utensils, equipment and coffee bar. Conducts monthly inventory. Requirements Help Conditions of employmentDirect Deposit and Social Security Card is required. Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. A one-year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. This position requires a favorably adjudicated T1/NACI background investigation. A physical examination, arranged by the employer, is required prior to employment. Must be willing to accept intermittent, on-call employment. Must be physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds. Management reserves the right to reassign employees to other facilities. Work schedule will be irregular, and the incumbent will be required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and/or unique events. Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually.
