We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day business operations.Position OverviewThe Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth administrative, financial, and operational processes across the company. This position supports accounting functions, vendor management, payroll processing, quoting, and inventory coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial supply environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial AdministrationProcess accounts payable and pay company bills in a timely mannerManage payroll processing and maintain payroll recordsComplete and submit credit applicationsMaintain financial and vendor documentationVendor & Administrative SupportComplete new vendor setup paperwork and maintain vendor filesCoordinate custom PPE orders with vendors and customersMaintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposesOperations & Sales SupportAssist with customer quotes and order processingSupport inventory tracking and managementCoordinate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillmentProvide general administrative support to leadership as neededQualifications2+ years of experience in accounting, office administration, or operations support (industrial or distribution experience preferred)Experience with payroll processing and accounts payableStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required); ERP or accounting software experience a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in an industrial supply, distribution, or manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with quoting processes and inventory management systemsKnowledge of basic accounting principles
