Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Campaign Manager based in Metairie, LA. The Campaign Manager will oversee daily operations of the campaign, develop and execute strategic plans, and manage staff and volunteers. Responsibilities include coordinating events, organizing fundraising initiatives, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the campaign meets its goals and milestones. The Campaign Manager will also manage communication strategies, oversee budgets, and maintain compliance with relevant election regulations. Qualifications Proven expertise in Campaign Management and Campaigns, including crafting and executing robust campaign strategiesStrong Communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and verbal, to effectively convey messages and engage with diverse stakeholdersExperience in Project Management and the ability to organize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving prioritiesProficiency in areas related to Sales and fundraising, such as donor engagement and crafting persuasive proposalsAbility to manage teams effectively, inspire volunteers, and foster strong internal collaborationKnowledge of political landscapes, campaign regulations, and digital outreach tools is advantageousBachelor's degree in Political Science, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferredPassion for public service and a commitment to supporting community-focused initiatives
