DescriptionTechno-Functional Consultant - Coupa / ERP IntegrationRole SummaryTechno-functional consultant specializing in Coupa (Source-to-Pay) and ERP integration, aligning procurement processes with enterprise systems. Expertise in delivering end-to-end procurement solutions, system configuration, and seamless data integration between Coupa and ERP platforms.Core ResponsibilitiesFunctional (Procurement / S2P)Gather and document business requirements across S2P lifecycle (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, Invoicing, Supplier Management)Map procurement processes to Coupa and ERP capabilitiesConduct stakeholder workshops and recommend best practicesDevelop functional design documents and process workflowsConfigure Coupa modules:Procurement (Requisitions, POs, Catalogs)Invoicing and ExpensesSupplier onboarding & portalERP Integration from existing/unknown ERP application to Ivalua P2PIntegration - configuration - New system ( re-integration from the ground up ) - multiple applicationsDay to day: Manage business rules, approval chains, and custom configurationsSupport Coupa upgrades and feature enhancementsERP Integration ExperienceDesign and support integration between Coupa and ERP systemsHandle data exchange for:Purchase OrdersInvoicesSuppliersPaymentsWork with middleware (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.) for integrationsTroubleshoot interface errors and ensure data synchronizationTechnical & Data ManagementPerform data mapping, transformation, and validationManage master data (suppliers, chart of accounts, items)Support API, flat file, and cXML integrationsEnsure data consistency across Coupa and ERPJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
