Automotive Service Advisor/Assistant ManagerMidas is looking to hire an Automotive Service Advisor/Assistant Manager. Looking for a motivated, hard working, and sales driven individual who will have the following job duties:Work closely with technicians to find automotive repair solutionsReview technician digital inspectionsWrite estimates for repairs and factory scheduled maintenanceSell customers automotive repairs and factory scheduled maintenanceManage technician schedulesWork through inventory, time and bay management, and a host of other managerial dutiesApplicants must have a valid driver's license with less than two moving violations in the last three years. They must also have a good attitude, work well with others, and have high computer aptitude. Previous automotive experience is strongly suggested but may not be mandatory for the right candidate. Compensation for this position ranges from $60,000-90,000 per year which is a combination of a base pay and a commission structure.
