You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.Job responsibilitiesExecute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problemsDesign, develop, and troubleshoot complex Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Absence solutionsPartner with clients, customers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and work through cross-impactsIdentify hidden problems and patterns in data and use the insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architectureContribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologiesCreate secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systemsProduce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code developmentGather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systemsProactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data and use these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architectureContribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologiesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience6+ years of Implementation/Configuration/support knowledge on HCM Time & Labor, Absence ManagementHands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityDemonstrated hands-on experience in configurations on Oracle HCM related to Time & Labor, Absence Management, PayrollExperience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languagesOverall knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleSolid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityDemonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsImplementation/support knowledge on HCM Cloud application - Core HRExperience understanding and troubleshooting Fast Formula and HCM extractsPage Personalizations and Oracle Redwood Certification
