Responsibilities include managing schedules for aircraft maintenance, coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and addressing operational challenges swiftly to minimize service disruptions. This is a full-time on-site role based in Queens, NY.QualificationsStrong organizational and planning skills, including maintenance scheduling and resource allocationIn-depth understanding of regulatory compliance and safety protocols within the aviation industryLeadership and team management experience to effectively lead cross-functional teamsProblem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure environmentsProficiency in maintenance operations tools and systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience in fleet maintenance, airline operations, or a related field is highly desirableAbility to work on-site in Staten Island, NY
