You will own the systems and processes that move leads from first touch through sales handoff, ensuring data accuracy, clean routing, and strong conversion performance.This is a hands-on role focused on building, launching, and optimizing campaigns and lifecycle programs within HubSpot and Salesforce.Key ResponsibilitiesLifecycle & Lead ManagementManage lead flow from capture through MQL, SQL, and SAL stagesExecute and optimize lead routing, assignment rules, and handoffs to SDRs and AEsSupport and improve lead scoring models based on behavior and firmographicsManage list uploads, segmentation, and enrichment processesEnsure proper lifecycle stage progression and tracking across systemsCampaign Execution & Conversion OptimizationBuild and launch landing pages, forms, and conversion paths in HubSpotCreate and manage emails, nurtures, and automated workflowsRun A/B tests across landing pages, forms, and email campaignsContinuously optimize conversion rates across key funnel stagesPartner with content and paid teams to ensure campaigns are set up for successData Integrity & Process ExecutionMaintain clean and accurate data across HubSpot and SalesforceEnsure proper UTM tracking, campaign tagging, and attribution setupQA forms, workflows, lists, and campaign builds before launchMonitor and resolve data issues related to lead flow and campaign performanceDocument processes and maintain SOPs for lifecycle and campaign executionReporting & AnalysisTrack and report on key funnel metrics (conversion rates, volume, velocity)Analyze performance of landing pages, emails, and campaignsIdentify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion efficiencySupport Marketing Ops and RevOps with insights on lifecycle performanceQualifications & Skills2+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or demand generationHands-on experience with HubSpot (required) and Salesforce (preferred)Experience building landing pages, emails, workflows, and formsStrong understanding of lead lifecycle stages and funnel metricsExperience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimizationHigh attention to detail with strong QA disciplineAbility to manage multiple projects and execute quicklyAnalytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable improvementsFilevine is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
