We're professional, hands-on, and committed to quality, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Stone Fabricator to join our growing team.As a Stone Fabricator, you'll transform raw stone materials into finished products that meet both internal quality standards and customer expectations. This role is physical, hands-on, and central to our production team. You'll be responsible for cutting, edging, polishing, and finishing stone with precision and care. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career with a craft; and we will help you get there.Work Environment:On-site fabrication shopSmall, collaborative teamFast-paced and safety-first operationOpportunities for cross-training and skill-buildingMorning ShiftNo weekendsPaid-TrainingKey Responsibilities:Fabricate high-quality stone products with attention to detailCut, polish, edge, and finish stone materials per specificationsRead and interpret shop drawings and production schedulesSafely handle, move, and load/unload stone slabs and finished piecesMaintain and clean fabrication equipment regularlyInspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standardsAssist with general shop organization and inventoryTroubleshoot issues and contribute to process improvementsQualifications & Skills:Previous experience as a Stone Fabricator or in a related role preferredFamiliarity with tools and equipment for cutting and polishing stoneAbility to read technical drawings and blueprintsExperience with basic construction conceptsComfortable operating heavy machinery and handling large materialsStrong manual dexterity and attention to detailPhysically able to lift and maneuver heavy stone safelyReliable, self-motivated, and team-orientedValid driver's licenseWillingness to learn and grow in the roleSkills We Value:Precision and craftsmanshipProblem-solving mindsetStrong communicationOrganization and time managementPositive attitude and work ethicReady to Join Us?If you're passionate about quality craftsmanship, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow with a company that values you, we'd love to hear from you.
