Are you a leader who enjoys partnering directly with operations, technology, and executive leadership to solve complex problems and protect the enterprise?We are seeking a Compliance Manager – Government & Regulatory Compliance to support our growing government contracting portfolio and lead enterprise compliance initiatives.This role requires someone who can translate complex regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable guidance for project teams while helping build a scalable compliance function across the organization.You will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership and operational teams—supporting ARCO's government projects, protecting company data and systems, and ensuring compliance across an expanding regulatory landscape.WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOUIndustry-leading performance-based bonus programEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Traditional and Roth 401kTuition reimbursement for associatesScholarship for associates' children up to $28,000 per child1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel1-week paid volunteer leave each year100% charitable matchMedical, dental, and vision insurance coverage100% paid 12-week maternity leaveA DAY IN THE LIFEGovernment Contracts & Project SupportLead review of government solicitations, prime contracts, and subcontracts while advising business development and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.Provide practical guidance on FAR/DFARS requirements, False Claims Act exposure, and export control regulations including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC.Develop compliance protocols to ensure project teams and subcontractors meet federal requirements related to cybersecurity, accounting standards, and supply chain integrity.Privacy, Cybersecurity & Data GovernanceLead development and maintenance of ARCO's corporate data privacy and cybersecurity compliance frameworks.Advise IT, HR, and operations teams on risks related to data collection, employee monitoring, jobsite technologies, and digital construction tools.Support vendor and SaaS technology reviews, negotiate data processing agreements, and ensure compliance with evolving privacy regulations.Partner with technology leadership to support compliance with CMMC, NIST 800-171, and federal cybersecurity standards.Labor, Employment & Regulatory ComplianceProvide guidance on federal contractor labor requirements including OFCCP, Davis-Bacon, and wage and hour regulations.Partner with HR to address employment law issues including anti-discrimination, ADA accommodations, immigration considerations, and employee data protection.Monitor regulatory developments affecting the construction industry and advise leadership on emerging compliance risks.Enterprise Compliance ProgramSupport and strengthen ARCO's company-wide compliance function across key regulatory areas including antitrust and bid practice compliance, anti-bribery and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) policies, False Claims Act risk mitigation, contractor licensing and state regulatory requirements, safety and environmental regulatory compliance.Develop and deliver training programs that help operational teams understand compliance obligations and incorporate them into day-to-day project execution.Serve as a cross-functional partner to IT, HR, finance, and operations teams, helping resolve compliance issues and proactively manage enterprise risk.NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS10+ years' experience with emphasis on enterprise compliance, privacy, or regulatory riskWorking knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements and federal contracting environments preferredExperience building or managing corporate compliance programs covering areas such as antitrust, anti-bribery/FCPA, False Claims Act, or employment complianceFamiliarity with data privacy laws and cybersecurity frameworks including CMMC or NIST standardsDemonstrated ability to design and deliver compliance training for various audiencesStrong ability to collaborate across technology, HR, operations, and executive leadershipPreferred qualifications include experience within construction, engineering, defense, or infrastructure organizations, familiarity with contractor labor requirements, and experience supporting incident response or regulatory investigations.While the qualifications listed represent our preferred experience, we encourage candidates who do not meet every requirement to apply if they believe they can contribute to the role.LEGAL DISCLAIMEREOE, including disability/vetsJ-18808-Ljbffr
