Senior Director of Operations (Sioux Falls)

As Senior Director of Operations you will oversee one of the largest and most complex manufacturing facilities in the country—while also playing a key role in the development of a new, highly automated plant over the next several years. This is a high-visibility leadership role with executive exposure, significant operational scope, and the opportunity to shape the future of a growing operation.Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota(Comprehensive relocation package available)Must be U.S. Citizen OR Green Card Holder. Sponsorship is not available at this time.What you'll be responsible for:• Leading operations for a large-scale plant (~3,000+ employees)• Overseeing performance across multiple facilities initially• Driving efficiencies, cost control, yields, and overall plant performance• Partnering cross-functionally across production, supply chain, engineering, and finance• Playing a key role in a major new plant build and automation initiativeWhat we're looking for:• Extensive leadership experience in meat processing (beef and/or pork REQUIRED)• Direct experience with harvest/kill floor operations• Background across both fresh and further processed/packaged products• Proven success leading large-scale manufacturing operations• Experience overseeing complex teams and driving operational excellenceRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)12+ years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturing operations (meat processing strongly preferred)Proven leadership experience managing and developing large teams (5+ years minimum)Deep understanding of end-to-end operations within a food manufacturing environment, including production, procurement, engineering, and supply chain
