And you can too, so bring your energy to ours!The Coordinator of Maintenance is responsible for coordinating vital resources associated with operations, maintenance and construction projects. This role will plan, run, and coordinate compliance-related preventative maintenance and work orders, while reporting back to business partners. Developing training programs and understanding our maintenance management system are keys to success!Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you’ll quickly learn and grow with us.Responsibilities/Expectations:Works in a project manager capacity and as a member of the local leadership teamCoordinates all vital resources, including parts, tools and employees for work-related tasks within area of responsibilityPrepares scope of work, work orders and project plans; communicates reports and findingsInteracts with the manager/supervisor and technicians to plan and coordinate preventative maintenance, including repair and overhaul of equipmentAssists in the development of facility training initiatives and our maintenance management system (Maximo); creates and assigns all work ordersLeads or serves as a subject matter specialist for organizational initiativesOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Required: High school diploma/GED and minimum six (6) years’ experience in industry-specific operations including, but not limited to, processing plants, gathering, NGL/Petchem or transmission pipelinesPreferred: Associate’s degree and project management or operations experiencePhysical and Environment Work Requirements:Must be willing to:Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spacesCarry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as neededStand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of timeWork at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)Use hand toolsOther Requirements:Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving recordDemonstrates aptitude and ability to embrace technology and applications to drive operational efficiency and streamline processesDemonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityNeeds basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Works in a project manager capacity and is a member of the local leadership team. Coordinates all necessary resources, including parts, tools and employees for work related tasks associated with operations, maintenance, and construction projects within area of responsibility. Ensures activities are well planned, communicated, performed safely, and scheduled by competent and qualified personnel.
