Join us and make a difference! Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the team while managing overall project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of aligning cross-functional teams, increasing efficiency, and driving significant business growth. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the team, production departments to optimize efficiency and reduce errors. Manage the team to boost productivity and effectiveness. Develop and execute delivery plans to expand into new projects. Identify product gaps and collaborate with Agile development teams to design solutions that eliminate competitive disadvantages. Emphasizing competitive advantages for the end clients and stake holders. Forge strategic alliances by initiating and developing new Tech-partner relationships. Implement and track project gating processes and risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery. Mentor and guide teams on process improvements, streamlining the system development life cycle. Qualifications and Skills Required: Proven experience in leadership and operational management within a technical environment. Strong project management skills including risk management. Ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across departments. PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
