School Monitor - for Cooperative Summer School Program

Job TitleLocation Of Position: Cooperative Summer School Fairport, NY 14450; We st Irondequoit Middle School and Pittsford High SchoolTerm Of Employment: July 10, 2026 - August 19, 2026; No Fridays except for July 17thHours: 7:15 AM -12:15 PM (5 hour day)Salary: $22.42 per hourDuties:Supervise school building and grounds to include but not limited to bus arrival and departure, traffic control, hallway monitoring and daily student movement.De-escalate threats and potentially violent situations.Relay information on developments within the school which may affect the safety and security of students and staff.Assist with emergency situations on campus.Other duties as assigned by building principal.Qualifications:Experience as a School Monitor preferred.Current NYS License as Security Guard preferred.Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation).
