Your expertise will be critical in delivering complex data center projects and mission critical infrastructure that require seamless systems integration and flawless execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee mission critical construction projects, including data centers, from preconstruction planning through project closeoutManage and mentor project management teams and field personnel to ensure optimal performance and professional developmentDrive project delivery focused on safety excellence, schedule compliance, and budget adherenceCoordinate complex systems integration across multiple trades, vendors, and technical disciplinesOversee budget development, cost forecasting, financial tracking, and project financial performanceDevelop and maintain master project schedules and ensure milestone achievementBuild and strengthen client relationships while serving as primary executive point of contactEnsure operational reliability and foster a culture of accountability across all project teamsLead preconstruction activities including estimating review, constructability analysis, and value engineeringManage risk mitigation strategies and ensure quality control throughout project lifecycleRequired Qualifications12-15+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale, complex construction projectsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldProven track record leading mission critical construction projects or data center construction projects (strongly preferred)Demonstrated expertise in managing projects valued at $50M+ with multiple stakeholdersStrong technical knowledge and ability to coordinate MEP systems, electrical infrastructure, and specialized mechanical systemsExceptional leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teamsOutstanding communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilitiesExpert-level proficiency in construction budgeting, cost control, financial forecasting, and project schedulingDeep understanding of mission critical operations, uptime requirements, and redundancy standardsCommitment to safety culture and OSHA complianceProficiency with project management software and construction technology platformsWhy This Is a Great OpportunityThis is your opportunity to lead some of the most technically challenging and high-profile construction projects in the mission critical and data center industry.
