RN SupervisorThe RN Supervisor provides strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services at Pinecrest of Country Manor in Brainerd. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care while building and supporting a strong, engaged nursing team.The RN Supervisor leads day-to-day nursing operations, including staffing, clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring services meet all state and federal requirements.
