Payroll & Benefits HR Generalist Details:
Direct hire position
$55,000.00 to $60,000.00 / annually
Full time work available
First shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Manage full-cycle payroll independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
Oversee payroll tax administration, reporting, deductions, garnishments, and year-end processes.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, and open enrollment.
Maintain employee records and support HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration as needed.
Serve as the primary resource for employee payroll and benefits questions, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Payroll & Benefits HR Generalist Qualifications:
35 years of full-cycle payroll experience, including payroll tax administration and compliance.
Benefits administration experience with enrollments, terminations, deductions, and vendor communication.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (not required).
Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail, with solid problem-solving skills.
HR Generalist experience preferred, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
