Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver orders to tables promptly and efficiently - Assist in food preparation and ensure food safety standards are met - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system - Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas - Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Experience: - Previous experience in the food industry is preferred - Proficiency in guest services and guest relations - Knowledge of basic math for order taking and bill calculation - Familiarity with culinary terminology and practices - Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy - Understanding of food safety protocols - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach Join our team as a Server to contribute to a welcoming dining environment while honing your skills in the hospitality industry.
