KLM Controls is a dynamic, growing electrical engineering firm in Bedford Heights, OH that specializes in industrial manufacturing upgrades and system retrofits.About the RoleWe are seeking an enterprising Mid-Level Senior Engineer to lead technical projects from initial concept through commissioning. This is a high-impact role where you will mentor junior talent, solve complex industrial challenges, and interface directly with our diverse client base.ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring seamless design planning and execution.Technical Expert: Troubleshoot industrial control systems and implement innovative solutions on the manufacturing floor.Mentorship: Direct and develop junior engineers to ensure project success and team growth.Client Relations: Partner with customers to tailor sophisticated systems that meet their specific operational needs.Qualifications and Required SkillsBSEE required; 5–7 years of experience preferred (PE license is a major plus).Strong background in industrial process applications, PLC programming, and coordinated drive systems.CAD ExperienceProven project management skills with a sharp eye for detail.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present technical data persuasively.A valid driver’s license, clean record, and a willingness to travel (local and out-of-town).Pay range and compensation packageFull-time, direct hire with immediate start.Highly competitive compensation package based on your expertise.Collaborative and comfortable office environment.Health insurance reimbursement, 401k with employer matching, 10 major holidays, vacation time.Please email resume and cover letter to Karen Bakos at hr@klmcontrols.com NO RECRUITERS PLEASE
