In this role you will help ensure our students receive the best education in the industry by providing a quality educational environment which encourages our students to reach their fullest potential by meeting or exceeding our educational standards.We offer:Full Time Positions: Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pmPart Time Positions: Monday through Friday from 8am to 1pmPart Time Positions: Substitute teaching/ On-callIf you are interested in a career where you have potential for growth and the opportunity to improve other people's lives while also improving your own, then we would love to hear from you!Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, on-callPay: $23-$24 per hourBENEFITS/PERKSCompetitive Hourly PayHoliday PayCareer Growth OpportunitiesFun and Energetic EnvironmentPaid time offRESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities of the Nail Instructor include, but are not limited to:Teaching engaging lessons, using hands-on, skill-based competency training to the greatest extent possible.Managing and supervising students in the classroom and on the practical floor.Evaluating instruction/learning by means of written, oral practical and performance tests.Maintaining student-oriented approach, and desirable classroom conditions. Checking equipment daily for hazards, ensuring it is maintained and properly repaired.Maintaining accurate and current reports and records regarding student accountability, attendance, and performance.QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTSHigh School diploma or equivalent is requiredGraduation from an accredited Cosmetology School or apprenticeshipValid Arizona State Nail or Cosmetology Instructor's License (Required)No teaching experience is required but is preferredSalon experience is preferred for a minimum of 3 yearsWe appreciate and support our current staff and are equally excited about our new hires.
