Appointment Setter
Luna Accounting Operations is looking for a commission-based Appointment Setter / Business Development Representative.This role is focused on calling and following up with small business owners who may need support with messy books, cleanup, payment tracking, reporting, cash visibility, or financial organization.This is not a bookkeeping role.The person in this role will help qualify interest, identify basic fit, and schedule intro calls with business owners.Ideal background:Appointment setting, outbound calling, or sales experienceComfortable speaking with small business ownersProfessional and natural on the phoneOrganized with follow-upAble to track call outcomes clearlyExperience in insurance, real estate, staffing, payroll, merchant services, B2B sales, or local business outreach is a plusCompensation is commission-based and paid on results:$50 per qualified booked call that showsAdditional $100 if the prospect moves forward with a paid diagnostic5% of collected cleanup/project revenue, capped at $25050% of the first month collected if the prospect becomes a recurring monthly client, capped at $500Additional $150 retention bonus if the recurring client stays active for 60 daysOne strong qualified lead that becomes a recurring client can pay up to $800 in total commission.A qualified call means the prospect is an active business owner or decision-maker with a real need around cleanup, payment tracking, reporting, cash visibility, or financial organization.This is a flexible, results-based opportunity for someone who is comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and earning based on performance.
