Duties Prepare a variety of grilled items, including meats, vegetables, and specialty dishes with precision and care Follow established recipes and menu specifications to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to food safety standards at all times Assist in menu planning by providing input on grilling techniques and ingredient selection Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect results every time Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service hours Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within the food industry or restaurant environment Strong knife skills and familiarity with various grilling techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is a plus Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is advantageous but not required Enthusiasm for fine dining experience or upscale food service environments preferred Join us as a Grill Cook and bring your culinary talents to life!
