This role contributes to the design, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions that generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. The position also explores emerging AI technologies, including agentic workflows and retrieval-augmented generation, to advance the organization’s healthcare capabilities.Responsibilities• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.• Perform detailed data and error analysis to improve model performance and data quality.• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models using a range of statistical and predictive algorithms.• Implement AI-driven agentic workflows to support autonomous tasks and business processes.• Apply retrieval-augmented generation techniques to enhance language model capabilities.• Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific tasks, use cases, and datasets.• Clean, transform, and preprocess data to ensure reliable model inputs.• Deploy AI and machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and workflows.• Research emerging developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning and evaluate their practical applications.• Document methodologies, analytical approaches, model performance, and findings.• Communicate technical results and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably within healthcare or a related industry.• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.• Experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.• Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms, including k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, and neural networks.• Familiarity with agentic workflows and AI agents.• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation techniques.• Proven experience fine-tuning pre-trained machine learning or AI models.• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases and ETL processes.• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Qualifications• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.• Experience with cloud-based AI and data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure AI Studio.• Knowledge of natural language processing and computer vision techniques.Pay Range and Compensation Package• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.Equal Opportunity StatementOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
