Bilingual Maintenance Supervisor - Contract Lead day-to-day maintenance operations at a multifamily community where hands-on leadership and communication matter. This contract role is ideal for an experienced, bilingual Maintenance Supervisor who can support the team, assist on-site, and ensure the property stays clean, safe, and move-in ready.
