Their systems combine advanced hardware, software, and AI to deliver highly accurate inspection solutions used across large-scale environments.As they continue to expand across the U.S., they are looking for Field Service Engineers who enjoy hands-on work, learning new technologies, and solving real-world problems on-site.The RoleThis is a great opportunity for someone early to mid stage in their career to build experience working with cutting-edge technology in the fieldAs a Field Service Engineer, you will support the installation, setup, and maintenance of inspection systems at customer sites. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and project teams, gaining exposure to hardware, troubleshooting, and customer-facing work.ResponsibilitiesSupport the installation and setup of inspection systems at customer sitesAssist with on-site deployments alongside senior engineersHelp coordinate with contractors during installation projectsPerform basic troubleshooting across hardware, mechanical, and electrical systemsSupport system testing, commissioning, and performance checksCarry out preventative maintenance and assist with service requestsRead and follow technical drawings and documentation (AutoCAD experience is a plus)Document installations, maintenance work, and service activitiesFollow safety procedures and company standards at all timesProvide professional support to customers during site visitsRequirements1–6 years of experience in a technical role (Field Service, Technician, Engineering, or similar)Basic experience working with hardware systems or equipment in the fieldtroubleshooting skills (mechanical/electrical/networking)Exposure to networking or Linux environments is a plusAbility to read technical documentation or drawings (AutoCAD is a bonus)Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitudeReliable and comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environmentsValid driver’s licenseWillingness to travel extensively (up to 90%)What’s on OfferStrong training and development alongside experienced engineersOpportunity to work on large-scale, real-world projectsClear path for career progression into more senior engineering roles and high earning potentialStrong health and retirement offerings to support long-term securityGenerous time off, including holidays and flexible personal daysAll travel arranged and supported by the company, allowing you to focus on the workFull toolkit, equipment, and resources provided from day oneStructured onboarding and ongoing support as you build your skillsOpportunity to grow quickly within a scaling AI, technology-driven business
