Think of this role as equal parts executive gatekeeper, household quarterback, and personal chief of operations. No two days will look alike.This person will be embedded in the CEO’s world — handling everything from calendar management to grocery runs, from booking international travel to making sure she actually eats lunch. The ideal candidate is a quiet overachiever who anticipates needs before they’re spoken, thrives on bringing order to chaos, and takes genuine pride in making a high-performing leader’s life run seamlessly.ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Schedule Management: Own the CEO’s calendar end-to-end. Prioritize, protect, and optimize her time. Ensure she takes breaks and mealsTravel Coordination: Book and manage all personal and business travel — flights, hotels, cars, itineraries, and contingenciesPersonal & Household Tasks: Grocery shopping, meal prep coordination, laundry, dry cleaning, household errands including vehicle maintenancePaperwork & Administration: Handle bills, filing, paperwork, and correspondence. Keep personal and professional records organized and currentAppointments & Wellness: Schedule medical, dental, wellness, and personal appointments.
